Calcium + Vitamin (D3 + C + E) + Minerals is a combination supplement used in the treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiency, osteoporosis, and post-menopausal osteoporosis. It improves bone health and helps meet the body's nutritional needs.

Pharmacology
Calcium plays a vital role in bone mineralization, nerve and muscle function, and normal cardiac function. Vitamin D3 regulates calcium and phosphate homeostasis and bone mineralization. Vitamin C is essential for collagen formation, tissue repair, and acts as an antioxidant. Vitamin E protects cell membranes from free radicals. Zinc, Copper, Magnesium, and Manganese act as cofactors in enzymatic reactions and support bone development and immune function.
Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet daily or as recommended by the physician.
Note: Do not use in overdosage. Caution in patients with mild to moderate renal failure, diabetes, and patients prone to recurrent renal calculi.
Side effects
Generally well tolerated. Rarely, gastrointestinal side effects such as constipation, flatulence, nausea, and abdominal pain may occur. Long-term use at high doses may cause hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria.
Use in pregnancy
Safe during pregnancy (if prescribed by a physician). Avoid excessive doses.
Precautions & warnings
- Do not use in overdosage.

- Caution in patients with hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, and history of kidney stones.
- Consult your doctor during pregnancy and lactation.
Overdose effects
Overdose symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, loss of appetite, metallic taste, stomach cramps, diarrhea, weakness, headache, constipation, dizziness, irritability, unconsciousness.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
