Calcium Phosphate + Vitamin D3 is a combination tablet used in the treatment of osteoporosis, osteomalacia, tetany, hypoparathyroidism, osteogenesis, rickets, calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency, pregnancy and lactation, and kidney disease and pancreatitis.

Dosage
Adults: 2 tablets once or twice daily (i.e., 2-4 tablets per day) with plenty of water or food, or as directed by the physician.
Note: Dosage is determined by the physician based on the patient's clinical condition.
Side effects
- Rare side effects: Flatulence, diarrhea, constipation, allergic reactions.
Prolonged use (rare): Hypercalcemia has been reported.
Precautions & warnings
- In mild hypercalciuria, dose reduction is sufficient to return to normal serum calcium concentration.
- Patients with kidney stone or history of kidney stones should be advised to increase fluid intake.
- Avoid use in increased parathyroid activity, hypercalcemia, constipation, kidney stone, and extreme loss of body water.
