Description
কর্নিয়ার শোথ, ব্যথা বা কর্নিয়া ফুলে যাওয়া, চোখের পরীক্ষা। কর্নিয়াল শোথের অস্থায়ী উপশম প্রতি 3 বা 4 ঘন্টা বা একজন চিকিত্সকের নির্দেশ অনুসারে আক্রান্ত চোখে (গুলি) 1-2 ড্রপ। কর্নিয়াল শোথের অস্থায়ী উপশম প্রতি 3 বা 4 ঘন্টা বা একজন চিকিত্সকের নির্দেশ অনুসারে আক্রান্ত চোখে (গুলি) 1-2 ড্রপ। এই ওষুধে অ্যালার্জির প্রতিক্রিয়া বিকাশকারী রোগীদের মধ্যে নিষেধাজ্ঞা। সোডিয়াম ক্লোরাইড হল প্রধান বহির্মুখী ক্যাটেশন। এটি ইলেক্ট্রোলাইট এবং তরল ভারসাম্য, অসমোটিক চাপ নিয়ন্ত্রণ এবং জল বিতরণে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কারণ এটি সোডিয়াম আয়ন পুনরুদ্ধার করে। এটি হাইড্রেশন, বিপাকীয় অ্যাসিডোসিসের চিকিত্সা, হেমোডায়ালাইসিসে প্রাথমিক সমাধান এবং হাইপারসমোলার ডায়াবেটিসের চিকিত্সার জন্য ইলেক্ট্রোলাইট এবং জলের উত্স হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। এটি সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ ড্রাগ এডিটিভের আধানের জন্য তরল হিসাবেও ব্যবহৃত হয়। রোগীদের চোখের সমস্যা বা অ্যালার্জির ইতিহাস থাকলে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত। ড্রপ প্রয়োগ করার পর কিছু সময়ের জন্য দৃষ্টি সাময়িকভাবে ঝাপসা হতে পারে। প্রথমবার প্রয়োগ করার সময় চোখের জ্বালা বা জ্বালা সাময়িকভাবে ঘটতে পারে। অন্যান্য পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া হল লালভাব, ব্যথা, চোখের চারপাশে বা ফোলাভাব, আলোর প্রতি সংবেদনশীলতা এবং মাথাব্যথা। লিথিয়ামের সিরাম ঘনত্বকে প্রভাবিত করতে পারে।
Indications
Corneal Edema, Pain or swelling of the cornea, eye exams.
Mechanism of action
Sodium chloride is the major extracellular cation. It is important in electrolyte and fluid balance, osmotic pressure control and water distribution as it restores sodium ions. It is used as a source of electrolytes and water for hydration, treatment of metabolic acidosis, priming solution in haemodialysis and treatment of hyperosmolar diabetes. It is also used as diluents for infusion of compatible drug additives.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Temporary Relief of Corneal Edema 1-2 drops in the affected eye (s) every 3 or 4 hours or as directed by a physician. Child Dose: Temporary Relief of Corneal Edema 1-2 drops in the affected eye (s) every 3 or 4 hours or as directed by a physician.
Side effects
Vision may be temporarily blurred for a period after applying the drops. Burning or irritation of the eye may occur temporarily when first applied. Other side effects are redness, pain, swelling in or around the eyes, sensitivity to light, and headache.
Precautions & warnings
Precaution should be taken if patients have history of eye problems or allergies.
Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients who develop allergic reactions to this medicine.
Drug interactions
May affect serum concentrations of lithium.
