অ-উৎপাদনশীল (শুষ্ক) কাশি, বিরক্তিকর কাশি, গলা ব্যথা উপশমের জন্য মৌখিক প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: 4 চা চামচ (20 মিলি) দিনে 4 বার শিশু: 1 থেকে 5 বছর = 1 চা চামচ (5 মিলি) দিনে 4 বার, 6 থেকে 12 বছর = 2 চা চামচ (10 মিলি) দিনে 4 বার যে কোনো উপাদানের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা পরিচিত মৌখিক প্রশাসনের পরে সাইট্রিক অ্যাসিড শোষিত হয়। এটি শরীরের মধ্যে প্রাকৃতিকভাবে পাওয়া যায় এবং ব্যাপকভাবে বিতরণ করা হয়। এটি ক্রেবের সাইট্রিক অ্যাসিড চক্রে কার্বন ডাই অক্সাইড এবং জলে বিপাকিত হয়। গলায় শ্লেষ্মা ঝিল্লির উপর প্রশান্তিদায়ক স্তর গঠন করে, প্রদাহ এবং ব্যথা উপশম করে ফ্রুক্টোজ অসহিষ্ণুতা, গ্লুকোজ-গ্যালাকটোজ ম্যালাবসোর্পশন বা সুক্রেজ-আইসোমল্টেজের অপ্রতুলতার বিরল বংশগত সমস্যাযুক্ত রোগীদের এই ওষুধ খাওয়া উচিত নয়। বমি বমি ভাব, বমি, মাথাব্যথা, ডায়রিয়া গর্ভবতী মহিলাদের মধ্যে সাইট্রিক অ্যাসিড মনোহাইড্রেট ব্যবহারের কোনও বা সীমিত পরিমাণ ডেটা নেই। মানুষের দুধে সাইট্রিক অ্যাসিড মনোহাইড্রেট এবং এর বিপাকীয় নির্গমন সম্পর্কে পর্যাপ্ত তথ্য নেই।

There are no or limited amount of data from the use of Citric Acid Monohydrate in Pregnant women. There is insufficient information on the excretion of Citric Acid Monohydrate and its metabolites in human milk.
