Pharmacology
This is a film coated tablet combining 32 high potency vitamins and minerals. It maintains a healthy body and active life-style.
Dosage
Adult Dose:
- 1 tablet daily or as recommended by physician
Side effects
Side Effects:
- Generally well tolerated
- Occasional diarrhea with beta carotene
- Skin may assume slightly yellow discoloration
- Vitamin C and E may cause diarrhea and GI disturbances

Precautions & warnings
- Long term intake of high level of vitamin A (excluding beta carotene) may increase risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women
- Do not take with other vitamin A supplements
Overdose effects
Overdose may cause vitamin and mineral toxicity; symptomatic treatment.
