Dosage
Adult Dose (Oral): 1 capsule daily; may be increased up to 3 capsules daily if needed. Daily doses range from 5 to 300 mg; effectiveness is thought to be obtained with 50-200 mg daily.
Doses for Specific Conditions:
- Coenzyme Q10 deficiency: 150 mg/day
- Mitochondrial disorders: 150-160 mg or 2 mg/kg/day
- Heart failure: 100 mg/day in 2-3 divided doses
- Hypertension: 120-200 mg/day in 2 divided doses
- Migraine prevention: 100 mg three times daily
- Parkinson's disease: 300-2400 mg/day in 3-4 divided doses
- Male infertility: 200-300 mg/day

Precautions & warnings
- [UNSAFE] Coenzyme Q10 [Ubidecarenone] may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
- May lower blood sugar levels; caution in patients with diabetes or hypoglycemia.
- May decrease blood pressure; caution in patients with low blood pressure or taking blood pressure medications.
- Contraindicated in patients scheduled for surgery in the next two weeks.
