Indications
  • Open-angle glaucoma
  • Ocular hypertension
Dosage

Adult Dose:

  • 1 drop in the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening

  • Eyelash changes (increased length, thickness, number) - reversible
  • Intraocular inflammation (iritis/uveitis) - caution
  • Macular edema (including cystoid macular edema)
  • Bacterial keratitis - associated with contamination of multiple-dose containers
Precautions & warnings
  • Pigmentation changes: Increased iris pigmentation (permanent); periorbital tissue darkening (reversible)
