Description
ক্যালসিয়াম সম্পূরক, খাদ্যতালিকাগত পরিপূরক, বার্নিং ফুট সিন্ড্রোম, ধূসর চুল, পেরিফেরাল নিউরাইটিস, পেশী ক্র্যাম্প। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ধীর IV বা গভীর IM। হাইপারক্যালসেমিয়া, হাইপারক্যালসিউরিয়া ক্যালসিয়াম নেতিবাচক ক্যালসিয়াম ভারসাম্য প্রতিরোধ বা চিকিত্সা করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। এটি স্নায়ু এবং পেশী কর্মক্ষমতা পাশাপাশি স্বাভাবিক কার্ডিয়াক ফাংশন সহজতর করতে সাহায্য করে। হাড়ের খনিজ উপাদান; এনজাইমেটিক বিক্রিয়ায় cofoactor, নিউরোট্রান্সমিশন, পেশী সংকোচন এবং অনেক সংকেত ট্রান্সডাকশন পথের জন্য অপরিহার্য। রেনাল বৈকল্য, সারকোইডোসিস, থিয়াজাইড মূত্রবর্ধক একযোগে ব্যবহার হাইপারক্যালসেমিয়ার ঝুঁকি বাড়াতে পারে। IV ইনজেকশনের পরে হালকা জিআই ব্যাঘাত, ব্র্যাডিকার্ডিয়া, অ্যারিথমিয়া এবং জ্বালা

Calcium supplement, Dietary supplements, Burning feet syndrome, Greying hair, Peripheral neuritis, Muscular cramps.
Mechanism of action
Calcium is used to prevent or treat negative calcium balance. It also helps facilitate nerve and muscle performance as well as normal cardiac function. Bone mineral component; cofoactor in enzymatic reactions, essential for neurotransmission, muscle contraction, and many signal transduction pathways.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Slow IV or deep IM as required.
Side effects
Mild G. I. disturbances, bradicardia, arrythmia and irritation after IV injection
Precautions & warnings
Renal impairment, sarcoidosis, concurrent administration of thiazide diuretics may increase the risk of hypercalcaemia.
Contraindications
Hypercalcaemia, hypercalciuria
