প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ইস্কেমিক এটিওলজির পিও অডিটরি, ভেস্টিবুলার এবং ভিজ্যুয়াল ডিসঅর্ডার; সেরিব্রোভাসকুলার অপ্রতুলতা; সেরিব্রোভাসকুলার দুর্ঘটনার পরে কার্যকরী পুনর্বাসন প্রতি ট্যাবে অ্যালমিট্রিন 30 মিলিগ্রাম এবং রাউবাসিন 10 মিলিগ্রাম রয়েছে: 1 ট্যাব প্রতিদিন দুবার। অন্যান্য অ্যালমিট্রিনযুক্ত প্রস্তুতির সাথে একযোগে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। সম্ভাব্য মারাত্মক: MAOIs। গর্ভাবস্থা। দীর্ঘমেয়াদী চিকিত্সার ফলে নিম্ন অঙ্গে অসাড়তা, কাঁটা বা গঠনের প্রভাব হতে পারে যা বিরল ক্ষেত্রে চিকিত্সা প্রত্যাহার করতে পারে। ধমনী রক্তের অক্সিজেনের পরিমাণ বাড়িয়ে মস্তিষ্ক এবং নিউরোসেন্সরি টিস্যুতে আনা অক্সিজেনের পরিমাণ বাড়াতে অ্যালমিট্রিন এবং রাউবাসিন একসাথে কাজ করে। সেরিব্রোভাসকুলার অপ্রতুলতা, সেরিব্রোভাসকুলার দুর্ঘটনার পরে কার্যকরী পুনর্বাসন, ইস্কেমিক অ্যাটিওলজির অডিটরি, ভেস্টিবুলার এবং ভিজ্যুয়াল ব্যাধি, স্ট্রোক হালকা জিআই ব্যাধি, ঘুমের ব্যাঘাত, ধড়ফড়, উদ্বেগ, মাথা ঘোরা। কদাচিৎ, wt ক্ষতি, নিম্ন অঙ্গে অস্বাভাবিক সংবেদন সহ পেরিফেরাল নিউরোপ্যাথি। MAOIs এর সাথে সমসাময়িক ব্যবহার।
Indications
Adult: PO Auditory, vestibular and visual disorders of ischaemic aetiology; Cerebrovascular insufficiency; Functional rehabilitation after cerebrovascular accidents Per tab contains almitrine 30 mg and raubasine 10 mg: 1 tab twice daily.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Pregnancy. Long term treatment may result in numbness, prickling or formication effects in the lower limbs which may, in rare cases, lead to treatment withdrawal. Renal Dose: Almitrine and raubasine work together to increase the amount of oxygen brought to the brain and neurosensory tissue, by increasing the oxygen content of arterial blood.
Administration
Not to be used concurrently with other almitrine-containing preparations. Potentially Fatal: MAOIs.
Precautions & warnings
Cerebrovascular insufficiency, Functional rehabilitation after cerebrovascular accidents, Auditory, Vestibular and visual disorders of ischaemic aetiology, Stroke
Drug interactions
Concurrent usage with MAOIs.
Use in pregnancy
Mild GI disorders, sleep disturbances, palpitations, anxiety, dizziness. Rarely, wt loss, peripheral neuropathy with abnormal sensations in the lower limbs.
Renal / hepatic impairment
Almitrine and raubasine work together to increase the amount of oxygen brought to the brain and neurosensory tissue, by increasing the oxygen content of arterial blood.
