Indications

Dosage
Adult and 12 years+: 10 mg once daily
Children 2-12 years (>30 kg): 10 mg once daily
Children 2-12 years (<30 kg): 5 mg (½ tablet) once daily
Children <2 years: Safety not established; not recommended
Side effects
Common Side Effects:
- Sleepiness (less than other antihistamines)
- Increased appetite
- Headache (rare)
