হাইপারকেরাটোটিক অবস্থার জন্য নির্দেশিত যেমন, শুষ্ক রুক্ষ ত্বক, জেরোসিস, ইচথায়োসিস, ত্বকের ফাটল এবং ফিসার, ডার্মাটাইটিস, একজিমা, সোরিয়াসিস, কেরাটোসেস, কলাস আক্রান্ত স্থানগুলি ভালভাবে ধুয়ে ফেলুন, সাবানের সমস্ত চিহ্নগুলি ধুয়ে ফেলুন, শুকিয়ে নিন এবং অল্প পরিমাণে প্রয়োগ করুন। টপিকাল/কিউটেনিয়াস ইকথায়োসিস এবং হাইপারকেরাটোটিক ত্বকের ব্যাধি প্রতিদিন দুবার আক্রান্ত ত্বকে 10-25% ক্রিম/লোশন প্রয়োগ করুন। নিরাপত্তা এবং কার্যক্ষমতা না প্রতিষ্ঠিত এর যে কোনো উপাদানের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা আছে এমন ব্যক্তিদের। স্থানীয়ভাবে প্রয়োগ করা হলে, ইউরিয়া শুষ্ক ত্বকে কেরাটিনের হাইড্রেশন এবং হালকা কেরাটোলাইসিসকে উৎসাহিত করে। এটি স্ট্র্যাটাম কর্নিয়াম দ্বারা জল গ্রহণ বাড়ায় এবং একটি অ্যান্টিপ্রুরিটিক প্রভাব রয়েছে। আর্দ্র বা ভাঙা ত্বকে এবং চোখের কাছাকাছি প্রয়োগ এড়িয়ে চলুন। সংবেদনশীল, আর্দ্র বা ফিসারযুক্ত ত্বকে প্রয়োগ করা হলে স্থানীয় জ্বালা (এরিথেমা, জ্বলন বা প্রুরিটাস সহ) এবং শোথ তৈরি করতে পারে। লিথিয়ামের বর্ধিত নির্গমন।

Indicated for hyperkeratotic conditions such as, dry rough skin, xerosis, ichthyosis, skin cracks and fissures, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, keratoses, calluses

Applied topically, urea promotes hydration of keratin and mild keratolysis in dry skin. It increases water uptake by the stratum corneum and has an antipruritic effect.

Adult Dose: Topical/Cutaneous Ichthyosis and hyperkeratotic skin disorders Apply 10-25% cream/lotion topically to affected skin twice daily. Child Dose: Safety and efficacy not established

Wash affected areas well, rinse off all traces of soap, dry, and apply sparingly.

May produce local irritations (including erythema, burning or pruritus) and oedema when applied to sensitive, moist or fissured skin.

Avoid application to moist or broken skin and near the eye.

Individuals who have hypersensitivity to any of its components.

Increased excretion of lithium.
