Description
ক্যালসিয়াম সম্পূরক খাবার গ্রহণ করা উচিত. দৈনিক খাদ্যের সংযোজন হিসাবে, সাধারণত খাবারের সাথে ২-৩টি ট্যাবলেট খাওয়ার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়। কিডনিতে পাথর, কিডনি রোগ, প্যারাথাইরয়েড গ্রন্থির বর্ধিত কার্যকলাপ, প্রস্রাবে ক্যালসিয়ামের উচ্চ পরিমাণ, রক্তে ক্যালসিয়ামের উচ্চ পরিমাণ, শরীরের পানির চরম ক্ষয়-এর মতো পরিস্থিতিতে এটি নিরোধক। ক্যালসিয়াম লবণ ক্যালসিয়ামের ঘাটতি বা নেতিবাচক ক্যালসিয়াম ভারসাম্য প্রতিরোধ ও চিকিত্সায় ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। এটি অস্টিওপরোসিস প্রতিরোধ এবং চিকিত্সার একটি সহায়ক হিসাবেও ব্যবহৃত হয়। রোগীর ক্যালসিয়াম ওরোটেটে অ্যালার্জি থাকলে সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন। কিডনি রোগে এই পণ্যটি ব্যবহার করার আগে, কিডনিতে পাথর, সামান্য বা কোন পাকস্থলীর অ্যাসিড (অ্যাক্লোরহাইড্রিয়া), অগ্ন্যাশয়ের রোগ, একটি নির্দিষ্ট ফুসফুসের রোগ (সারকোইডোসিস), খাদ্য থেকে পুষ্টি শোষণে অসুবিধা (ম্যালাবসর্পশন সিন্ড্রোম) সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন। পেট ফুলে যাওয়া এবং ফুলে যাওয়া ক্যালসিয়াম ওরোটেটের সাধারণ পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া। কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য, বমি বমি ভাব, বমি, মাথাব্যথা, তৃষ্ণা বৃদ্ধি/প্রস্রাব, কদাচিৎ ঘটতে পারে।

Mechanism of action
Calcium salt can be used in the prevention and treatment of calcium deficiency states or negative calcium balance. It is also used as an adjunct in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
Dosage
Adult Dose: As an addition to the daily diet, 2-3 tablets are usually recommended with meal.
Administration
should be taken with food.
Side effects
Bloating and swelling in the abdomen are common side effects of Calcium Orotate. Constipation, nausea, vomiting, headache, increased thirst/urination, may occur infrequently.
Precautions & warnings
Precaution is needed if the patient is allergic to calcium orotate. Before using this product in kidney disease, kidney stones, little or no stomach acid (achlorhydria), disease of the pancreas, a certain lung disease (sarcoidosis), difficulty absorbing nutrition from food (malabsorption syndrome) precaution is needed.
Contraindications
Its contraindicated in conditions like kidney stone, kidney disease, increased activity of the parathyroid gland, high amount of calcium in urine, high amount of calcium in the blood, extreme loss of body water.
