Diaper dermatitis associated with fungal infection.

Miconazole inhibits ergosterol synthesis damaging fungal cell wall membrane. Zinc Oxide and White Soft Paraffin exert an emollient effect by forming an occlusive film reducing trans-epidermal water loss.

Apply to affected area at each diaper change for 7 days.

Well tolerated. Skin irritation may occur rarely.
