Description
Jirakaddarista is a preparation of the classical combination that have carminative, immune enhancing and nutritive properties.Jirakaddarista is used for loss of appetite, dyspeptic complaints such as mild spastic condition of the GIT, bloating and flatulence. Jirakaddarista works through a synergistic combination of digestive, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, adaptogenic, and potential nervous system-modulating effects to provide a range of therapeutic benefits.
Indications
Jirakaddarista is used as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic effects, digestive support.
Mechanism of action
Jirakaddarista's mode of action is a synergistic combination of digestive stimulation, anti-inflammatory and analgesic pathways, antioxidant and immunomodulatory actions, adaptogenic actions, and possible nervous system modulation.
Dosage
Adult Dose: As per advised by the physician. Child Dose: 1/2-1 teaspoonfuls (2.5-5 ml) 2-3 times per day. Renal Dose: Patients with kidney disease should be used with caution.
Administration
Take Jirakaddarista orally,1/2-1 teaspoonfuls (2.5-5 ml) 2-3 times per day.
Missed dose
If you miss a dose of Jirakaddarista , make sure to apply it right away. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your normal schedule. Do not take a double dose.
Side effects
Gastrointestinal: Heartburn, nausea, diarrhea Hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) effects Medication interactions: anticoagulants, antidepressants, NSAIDs Allergic reactions: rashes, itching, respiratory distress Liver or kidney-related issues Central nervous system effects: drowsiness, dizziness, headaches.
Precautions & warnings
Some individuals may be allergic or sensitive to one or more of the herbs present in Jirakaddarista. It is essential to perform a patch test or consult an Ayurvedic practitioner before use.
Contraindications
There is no evidence of contraindication, however it may occur in people who are allergic to any of its constituents. Ginger should not be consumed by persons who have gallstones since it stimulates bile production. As a result, Jirakaddarist should be used with caution in cases of cholelithiasis-related obstructive jaundice.
