Description

Pharmacology

Abhayarista contains Terminalia chebula, Vitis vinifera, Madhuca indica, Embelia ribes, Tribulus terrestris, Piper chaba, Coriandrum sativum, Zingiber officinale, Operculina turpethum and Salmalia malabarica. Together, these herbs provide mild laxative, digestive, carminative, antacid and anti-haemorrhoidal effects.

Mechanism of action

The herbal ingredients promote healthy bowel movement, soften stools, reduce gas formation, improve digestion, relieve acidity and help reduce inflammation and discomfort associated with haemorrhoids.

Dosage

Adults: 2–4 teaspoonfuls, 2–3 times daily. Children: 1–2 teaspoonfuls, 2–3 times daily.

Administration

Take orally after meals. Shake the bottle well before use.

Missed dose

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue the regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
