পোড়া, স্ক্র্যাপ, ত্বক এবং ত্বকের গঠন সংক্রমণ, কাটা আক্রান্ত স্থান পরিষ্কার করুন। এই পণ্যটির একটি ছোট পরিমাণ (একটি আঙুলের ডগা পৃষ্ঠের ক্ষেত্রফলের সমান পরিমাণ) এলাকায় প্রয়োগ করুন। একটি জীবাণুমুক্ত ব্যান্ডেজ দিয়ে আবৃত হতে পারে। টপিকাল প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রতিদিন 1 থেকে 3 বার এলাকায় প্রয়োগ করুন 2 বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী টপিকাল শিশু: প্রতিদিন 1 থেকে 3 বার এলাকায় প্রয়োগ করুন অ্যামিনোগ্লাইকোসাইড এবং এর যেকোনো উপাদানের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা। পূর্বে বিদ্যমান স্নায়ু বধিরতা। টিবি, ছত্রাক বা ভাইরাল সংক্রমণ। টাইমপ্যানিক মেমব্রেন ছিদ্রযুক্ত হলে বাইরের কানের পর্দায় ব্যবহার করবেন না। নিওমাইসিন: 30S রাইবোসোমাল সাবুনিটের সাথে আবদ্ধ হয়ে ব্যাকটেরিয়া প্রোটিন সংশ্লেষণে হস্তক্ষেপ করে। পলিমিক্সিন বি: ব্যাকটেরিয়াঘটিত; ব্যাকটেরিয়া ঝিল্লি ফুটো ঘটায়। প্রামক্সিন স্থানীয় অবেদনিক প্রভাব প্রদান করে। অটোটক্সিসিটি, নেফ্রোটক্সিসিটি এবং এক্সোজেনাস হাইপারঅ্যাড্রেনোকোর্টিসিজমের সম্ভাবনা যদি বেশি পরিমাণে বা বড় জায়গায় দীর্ঘায়িত ব্যবহারের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয় ত্বকের সংবেদনশীলতা। ক্রিম: জ্বলন, চুলকানি, জ্বালা, হাইপোপিগমেন্টাইয়ন, ত্বকের অ্যাট্রোফি, স্ট্রাই।

Mechanism of action
Neomycin: Interferes with bacterial protein synthesis by binding to 30S ribosomal subunits. Polymyxin B: Bactericidal; causes leakage of bacterial membrane. Pramoxine provides local anesthetic effect.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Topical Adults: Apply on the area 1 to 3 times daily Child Dose: Topical Children 2 years of age and older: Apply on the area 1 to 3 times daily
Administration
Clean the affected area. Apply a small amount of this product (an amount equal to the surface area of the tip of a finger) on the area. May be covered with a sterile bandage.
Side effects
Skin sensitisation. Cream: Burning, itching, irritation, hypopigmentaion, skin atrophy, striae.
Precautions & warnings
Possibility of ototoxicity, nephrotoxicity and exogenous hyperadrenocorticism if used in large quantities or on large areas for prolonged use
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to aminoglycosides and any of its components. Pre-existing nerve deafness. TB, fungal or viral infections. Do not use in external eardrum if tympanic membrane is perforated.
