Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin + Lansoprazole Kit is a combination medicine used in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease by relieving symptoms such as heartburn, indigestion, stomach pain, and irritation. It works by killing the ulcer-causing bacteria H. pylori.
Indications
- Peptic ulcer disease
- H. pylori infection
- Duodenal ulcer (active or 1-year history)
Dosage
Adult Dosage:
- Amoxicillin: 500 mg + Clarithromycin: 250 mg + Lansoprazole: 30 mg
- Twice daily (every 12 hours) for 10-14 days
- Dosage and duration as per physician's advice
Special Precautions:
- Contraindicated in severe penicillin hypersensitivity
- Clarithromycin contraindicated in QT prolongation or ventricular arrhythmia history
- Clarithromycin contraindicated in cholestatic jaundice/hepatic dysfunction history
- Not recommended in patients with CrCl <30 mL/min
Renal Dose: Dose adjustment may be needed in severe renal impairment.

Precautions & warnings
Important Precautions:
- Inform your doctor if allergic to penicillin or penicillin-type medicines
- Complete the full course - do not stop even if you feel better
- Stop and inform your doctor immediately if you develop allergic reactions (rash, swelling of face/throat/tongue, breathing difficulties)
- Avoid driving or activities requiring mental focus
- Avoid alcohol consumption (may cause Disulfiram reaction)
- Consult doctor during pregnancy
