Rabeprazole + Domperidone is a combination medicine used for gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux) and peptic ulcer disease. Rabeprazole is a PPI that reduces stomach acid, and Domperidone is a prokinetic that increases upper digestive tract motility.

Pharmacology
Rabeprazole suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting H+/K+ ATPase. Domperidone blocks peripheral dopamine receptors, increasing esophageal peristalsis, enhancing gastroduodenal coordination, and facilitating gastric emptying, relieving acid reflux and indigestion.
Dosage
Adult Dose (>12 years):
- 1 capsule/tablet once daily (on empty stomach)
- Treatment duration: 4-8 weeks
