ত্বকের ছত্রাক সংক্রমণ, পিটিরিয়াসিস ভার্সিকলার টপিকাল/কিউটেনিয়াস ত্বকের ছত্রাক সংক্রমণ প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: 1% ক্রিম হিসাবে: দিনে 1-2 বার প্রয়োগ করুন। টপিকাল/কিউটেনিয়াস ত্বকের ছত্রাক সংক্রমণ শিশু: 1% ক্রিম হিসাবে: দিনে 1-2 বার প্রয়োগ করুন। ইমিডাজল-ডেরিভেটিভ অ্যাজোল অ্যান্টিফাঙ্গাল-এর অত্যধিক সংবেদনশীলতা। টিওকোনাজোল, একটি সিন্থেটিক অ্যাজোল অ্যান্টিফাঙ্গাল, এরগোস্টেরলের সংশ্লেষণে হস্তক্ষেপ করে যা ছত্রাকের কোষের ঝিল্লি সংশ্লেষণের জন্য প্রয়োজন। গর্ভাবস্থা এবং স্তন্যদান। যোগাযোগ ডার্মাটাইটিস, জ্বলন্ত, জ্বালা
Indications
Skin fungal infections, Pityriasis versicolor
Mechanism of action
Tioconazole, a synthetic azole antifungal, interferes w/ synthesis of ergosterol which is needed for fungal cell membrane synthesis.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Topical/Cutaneous Skin fungal infections Adult: As 1% cream: Apply 1-2 times/day. Child Dose: Topical/Cutaneous Skin fungal infections Child: As 1% cream: Apply 1-2 times/day.
Side effects
Contact dermatitis, burning, irritation
Precautions & warnings
Pregnancy and lactation.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to imidazole-derivative azole antifungal.
