Description
ভিটামিন বি এর অভাব। গ্লসাইটিস, স্টোমাটাইটিস, চেইলোসিস, বেরিবেরি পলিনিউরাইটিস। মৌখিক প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ট্যাবলেট/ক্যাপসুল: 1-2 ট্যাব/ক্যাপ, প্রতিদিন 3 বার। সিরাপ: 1-2 (5 মিলি চামচ) সিরাপ দিনে তিনবার। ওরাল চিলড্রেন: 1 (5 মিলি চামচ) সিরাপ দিনে তিনবার। শিশু: প্রতিদিন 1 (5 মিলি চামচ) সিরাপ। এর যে কোনো উপাদানের প্রতি অতিসংবেদনশীল রোগীদের মধ্যে contraindicated. ভিটামিন বি: কোএনজাইম A এর সংশ্লেষণ এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণে ভূমিকা পালন করে। লিপিড বিপাক, কার্বোহাইড্রেট বিপাক, টিস্যু শ্বসন, গ্লাইকোজেনোলাইসিস, খুব কম ঘনত্বের লিপোপ্রোটিন (ভিএলডিএল) সংশ্লেষণের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়। প্লাজমা থেকে কাইলোমিক্রন ট্রাইগ্লিসারাইড অপসারণ বাড়াতে পারে। ভিটামিন B12 (সায়ানোকোবালামিন): স্বাভাবিক এরথ্রোপয়েসিস, নিউক্লিপ্রোটিন এবং মাইলিন সংশ্লেষণ, কোষের প্রজনন এবং স্বাভাবিক বৃদ্ধির রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়; অন্তর্নিহিত ফ্যাক্টর, গ্যাস্ট্রিক মিউকোসা দ্বারা নিঃসৃত একটি গ্লাইকোপ্রোটিন, জিআই ট্র্যাক্ট থেকে ভিটামিন বি 12 সক্রিয় শোষণের জন্য প্রয়োজন। স্বাভাবিক টিস্যু শ্বসন জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়; পাইরিডক্সিন সক্রিয়করণ এবং ট্রিপটোফ্যানকে নিয়াসিনে রূপান্তরে ভূমিকা পালন করে। লেভোডোপা গ্রহণকারী রোগীদের সতর্কতার সাথে দেওয়া উচিত কারণ পাইরিডক্সিন লেভোডোপার প্রভাব কমিয়ে দেয়। সাধারণত ভাল সহ্য করা হয়.
Indications
Vitamin B deficiency. Glossitis, stomatitis, cheilosis, beriberi polyneuritis.
Mechanism of action
Vitamin B: Plays a role in the synthesis and maintenance of coenzyme A. Necessary for lipid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, tissue respiration, glycogenolysis, inhibition of very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) synthesis. May increaase chylomicron triglyceride removal from plasma. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): Required for the maintenance of normal erthropoiesis, nucleprotein and myelin synthesis, cell reproduction and normal growth; intrinsic factor, a glycoprotein secreted by the gastric mucosa, is required for active absorption of Vitamin B12 from the GI tract. Necessary for normal tissue respiration; plays a role in activation of pyridoxine and conversion of tryptophan to niacin.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Oral Adult: Tablet/Capsule : 1-2 tab/cap, 3 times daily. Syrup : 1-2 (5 ml spoonful) syrup three times a day. Child Dose: Oral Children: 1 (5 ml spoonful) syrup three times a day. Infants: 1 (5 ml spoonful) syrup daily.
Side effects
Generally well tolerated.
Precautions & warnings
Should be given cautiously to patients taking Levodopa as Pyridoxine reduces the effect of Levodopa.
Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to any of its components.
