Dr. Asif Ahmed Bin Moin

Dr. Asif Ahmed Bin Moin is a Senior Consultant in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery and the Critical Care Unit at Evercare Hospital Chattogram. He completed his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College and MS in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery from the National Institute for Cardiovascular Diseases (NICD), Dhaka. Before joining Evercare, he served as Senior Consultant Cardiac Surgeon at Impulse Hospital Ltd, Dhaka, and acted as an advisor in establishing cardiac surgery departments at United Hospital, Bangladesh Specialized Hospital, and Impulse Hospital. He worked independently as a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon at BSHL and Metropolitan Medical Center, performing Off-Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery, Atrial Septal Defect repair, Mitral Valve Replacement, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgeries, and congenital surgeries including ASD, VSD, and PDA. His fields of interest include Redo Cardiac Surgery, Mitral Valve Repair Surgery, and Cardiac Transplant Surgery. He attended the 6th Intensive Mitral Valve Repair Course with hands-on training conducted by Dr. Taweesak Chotivatanapong at the Chest Disease Institute, Bangkok, Thailand.
