Prof. Dr. Mrinal Kanti Das

Prof. Dr. Mrinal Kanti Das is a Senior Consultant in Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery and the Critical Care Unit at Evercare Hospital Chattogram. He obtained his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College in 1984 and MS in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from Dhaka Medical College Hospital in 2008. He served as Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Dhaka Medical College Hospital until 2012, and in 2013 became Departmental Head of Burn and Plastic Surgery at Chittagong Medical College Hospital, where he significantly improved the department. In 2017, he was promoted to Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at CMCH. With over 20 years of experience in Plastic Surgery, his specialisation includes cleft surgery, burn management, extensive wound care, and aesthetic surgery. He has attended numerous training sessions and conferences on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at home and abroad.
