• Indrajit Kumar Datta obtained an MBBS from Dhaka Medical College (DMC) in 1998.
• He passed FCPS in Medicine in the year of 2005 from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons.
• Indrajit was awarded with MD degree in Gastroenterology in 2007 from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Dhaka.
• He is skilled & experienced in working in various positions in different medical institutions. Presently working as Associate Professor & Consultant – Dept. of Gastrointestinal, Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Disorders, BIRDEM General Hospital, Dhaka.
• Indrajit has multiple publications in renowned medical journals and has attended a number of National & International seminars and conferences.
• He is a member of the Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver (APASL), the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL), the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons, the Gastroenterology Society of Bangladesh, and the Indian Society of Gastroenterology.
• Now he joined Asgar Ali Hospital as Consultant – Gastroenterology & Medicine. He is serving patients regularly and performing a variety of therapeutic endoscopies.
