Dr. SM Mejbaur Rahman

• Dr. S.M. Majbaur Rahman completed his MBBS from Rajshahi Medical College & Hospital and FCPS in Anesthesiology from Bangladesh College of Physicians & Surgeons (BCPS). He also holds an MCPS (Anesthesiology) and a Diploma in Anesthesiology (DA) from the University of Dhaka. • Prior to joining Evercare Hospital, Chittagong, he served as a Consultant of Cardiac Anesthesiology & ICU at Chittagong Metropolitan Hospital Ltd. and AFC Health Fortis Heart Institute. Earlier, he worked as an Associate Professor at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College & Hospital and as a Specialist at United Hospital Ltd., Dhaka. • Dr. Rahman specializes in Cardiac Anesthesiology & ICU, with expertise in pre-, intra-, and post-operative management of complex cardiac surgeries (CABG, valve replacements, congenital heart repairs), ventilator weaning, and critical care. • He has undergone advanced training in cardiac life support, ICU protocols, and multidisciplinary critical care throughout his career. • Dr. Rahman is actively involved in academic teaching and has contributed to clinical practices in cardiac anesthesia. • He is registered with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) and maintains compliance with national medical standards.
