Dosage
Adult Dose (Oral):
- Hypertension: Initial: 100 mg/day; may increase to 400 mg/day; Maintenance: 100-200 mg/day
- Angina: 50-100 mg 2-3 times daily
- Arrhythmias: 50 mg 2-3 times daily; may increase to 300 mg/day
- Hyperthyroidism: 25-50 mg 4 times daily
- Migraine Prophylaxis: 100-200 mg/day
- Heart Failure: Initial: 12.5-25 mg/day; Target: 200 mg/day
Child Dose: 1-2 mg/kg/day; Max: 6 mg/kg or 200 mg/day

Precautions & warnings
- Caution while driving
- Rise slowly from sitting or lying position
