Indications
- Superficial bacterial and fungal infections of the external auditory canal and middle ear
Dosage
Adult and Pediatric Dose (Ear Drops):
- 2-5 drops 3-4 times daily for 7-14 days
- Otitis externa (intact tympanic membrane): 6 months+
- Chronic suppurative otitis media (perforated tympanic membrane): 12 years+

Precautions & warnings
- Discontinue and obtain cultures if no response in 1 week

- If otorrhea persists or recurs, evaluate for cholesteatoma, foreign body, or tumor
- Not for ophthalmic use
- Not for injection
