Remdesivir will be administered intravenously in a total volume of up to 250 mL 0.9% saline over 30 to 120 minutes. Child Dose: For patients weighing between 3.5 kg and 40 kg, calculate the mg/kg dose based on their weight. Renal Dose: Not recommended in patients with eGFR less than 30 mL per minute.

Don't use after the expiration date. After reconstitution, vials can be kept at room temperature for up to 4 hours (20°C-25°C) or refrigerated for 24 hours (2°C-8°C).
