Description
শক্ত হওয়া, কনজেশন, পেশী ব্যথা, মচকে যাওয়া, স্ট্রেন, পিঠে ব্যথা, জয়েন্টে ব্যথা, সর্দি, ফ্লু, ক্যাটারহ, মাথাব্যথা, টপিকাল: প্রতিদিন 2-3 বার বুকে এবং পিঠে 3-4 মিনিট আলতোভাবে ঘষুন। গরম কাপড় দিয়ে ঘষা জায়গা ঢেকে দিন। ইনহেলেশন: 1 চামচ মলম ফুটানো জলে দ্রবীভূত করতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুসারে মুখ বা নাক দিয়ে বাষ্প শ্বাস নিতে হবে। 3 বছরের কম বয়সী শিশু। খিঁচুনি ইতিহাস। চোখের সাথে যোগাযোগ এড়িয়ে চলুন। ক্ষত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ ত্বকে প্রয়োগ করা উচিত নয়। লাগানোর পর হাত ভালো করে ধুয়ে নিন। সংবেদনশীল ত্বকে লালভাব, জ্বালা, ফুসকুড়ি বা প্রুরাইটিস হতে পারে।
Indications
Stiffness, Congestion, Muscle aches, Sprains, Strains, Back pain, Joint pain, Cold, Flu, Catarrh, Headache,
Dosage
Adult Dose: Topical: Rub gently 3-4 mintues on the chest and back 2-3 times daily. Cover the rubbed area with warm clothes. Inhalation: 1 tsf of ointment tobe dissolved in boiled water and inhale the steam by mouth or nose as required.
Side effects
Redness, irritation, rash or pruritis may occur with sensitive skin.
Precautions & warnings
Avoid contact with eyes. Should not be applied to wounds or damaged skin. Wash hand thoroughly after applying.
Contraindications
Children under 3 years. History of convulsion.
