কেরাটাইটিস, চোখের অ্যালার্জি এবং প্রদাহজনক অবস্থা, ইরিডোসাইলাইটিস, ইরিটিস, তীব্র এবং দীর্ঘস্থায়ী কনজেক্টিভাইটিস, স্ক্লেরাইটিস, এপিসক্লেরাইটিস, মায়োসাইটিস। স্ট্র্যাবোটমি, ছানি এবং গ্লুকোমা অপারেশনের পরে পোস্ট-অপ অবস্থা এই ওষুধটি নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে নিষেধ করা হয়- • হারপিস সিমপ্লেক্স ইত্যাদি দ্বারা সৃষ্ট কর্নিয়া এবং কনজাংটিভা এর ভাইরাল সংক্রমণ • কর্নিয়া এবং কনজাংটিভা ছত্রাকের সংক্রমণ • যক্ষ্মা সংক্রমণ • কর্নিয়ার আলসারাস প্রক্রিয়া • এই ফর্মুলেশনের যে কোনও উপাদানের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা। ফ্লুরোমেথলোন পলিমারফোনিউক্লিয়ার লিউকোসাইটের স্থানান্তরকে দমন করে এবং কৈশিক ব্যাপ্তিযোগ্যতা বর্ধিত করে এইভাবে প্রদাহ হ্রাস করে। কনজেক্টিভা ধমনীতে আলফা-অ্যাড্রেনার্জিক রিসেপ্টরকে উদ্দীপিত করতে পারে; ভাসোকনস্ট্রিকশন তৈরি করে। কনজাংটিভাতে প্রয়োগ করা হলে মাইড্রিয়াসিস তৈরি হতে পারে, তবে এই প্রভাবটি সাধারণত অকুলার ডিকনজেস্ট্যান্ট হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত ঘনত্বের সাথে ন্যূনতম। • গর্ভবতী মহিলাদের এবং শিশুদের মধ্যে দীর্ঘায়িত ব্যবহার এড়ানো উচিত • এই ওষুধটি MAO ইনহিবিটরগুলির সাথে চিকিত্সাধীন রোগীদের সতর্কতার সাথে ব্যবহার করা উচিত • নরম কন্টাক্ট লেন্স পরা অবস্থায় প্রয়োগ করবেন না। ড্রপগুলি প্রয়োগ করার আগে লেন্সগুলি সরানো উচিত এবং ব্যবহারের 15 মিনিটের আগে পুনরায় ঢোকানো উচিত নয়। • ব্যবহারের আগে ভালোভাবে ঝাঁকান. মৃদু জ্বলন্ত সংবেদন, ইন্ট্রা ওকুলার প্রেশারে বিপরীতমুখী বৃদ্ধি (IOP), প্রতিক্রিয়াশীল হাইপারমিয়া/রিবাউন্ড প্রভাব, ছানি এবং কর্নিয়ার ত্রুটি, গ্লুকোমা, সিস্টেমিক প্রভাব (দীর্ঘস্থায়ী ব্যবহার)।

Keratitis, Allergic and inflammatory conditions of the eye, Iridocyclitis, Iritis, Acute & chronic conjunctivitis, Scleritis, Episcleritis, Myositis. Post-op conditions after strabotomy, Cataract & glaucoma operations

Fluorometholone suppresses the migration of polymorphonuclear leukocytes and reversal of increased capillary permeability thus decreasing inflammation. May stimulate alpha-adrenergic receptors in the arterioles of the conjunctiva; produces vasoconstriction. May produce mydriasis when applied to the conjunctiva, but this effect is usually minimal with the concentrations used as ocular decongestants.

Mild burning sensation, reversible increase in intra ocular pressure (IOP), reactive hyperemia/rebound effect, cataract & corneal defects, glaucoma, systemic effects (chronic use).

• Prolonged use in pregnant women and infants should be avoided • This medication should be used with caution in patients under treatment with MAO inhibitors • Do not apply while wearing soft contact lenses. The lenses should be removed before application of the drops and not reinserted earlier than 15 minutes after use. • Shake well before use.

This medication is contraindicated in following cases- • Viral infection of cornea & conjunctiva caused by Herpes simplex etc • Fungal infection of the cornea & conjunctiva • Tuberculous infections • Ulcerous processes of the cornea • Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of this formulation.
